Jennifer spent a substantial number of years practising as a corporate and securities lawyer in international law firms and as in-house counsel in multinational corporations.
She regularly advises on corporate, hospitality, employment and intellectual property law matters.
Her experiences of working as a lawyer both in private practice and as in-house counsel have given her useful insight into the needs of her clients and guidance on how those needs can be better met in an efficient and effective manner with the interest of her clients at heart.
Tony spent the majority of his initial legal career in the corporate and securities practice in an international law firm and served as a trusted legal adviser to international conglomerates, private equity investors as well as various PRC state-owned enterprises.
He also spent over 3 years as the Head of Legal of a listed financial institution in Hong Kong and work closely with the business team on various cross-border acquisition and expansion plans.
